intelligent machine to get the correct word in less than 10 attempts.
In regard to reducing the effect of multiple inputs by a single person from a single IP address, to make things fair for everyone,
a limit of 10 entries from a single IP address is permitted on any given date.
This will allow a family of 10 members sharing a single computer the ability to each enter what their dreams were like,
and hopefully dissuade people from making multiple entries in a single day. The fewer the multiple entries there are in a day,
the more accurate the reported results will be.
